Some of you may know about a sites where you sign up. You pay a specified amount of money and they send you a box with an aray of different high end beauty proucts to try. In these boxes you usually get a full size of one of the products and all together the price the products would have cost adds up to more than you paid.

A friend told me she had been getting Glossy box and really liked it. As iv sorted out my finances i decided to have a look on the interent. I signed up to glossy box, paying monthly so i can cancel when ever.
I also found a website called Latest in beauty. They do the same thing as glossy box but It only cost £6.95 so i decided to sign up for them too. For this i got 6 samples that everyone gets and i was allowed to chose 2 extra samples from a list.

The 6 items that came in the box are :

A figs and rouge lip, face and body balm in sweet geranium , Cosmetofruit total body booster luxurious hair and nails, Lavera hand cream, Actimint probiotic supliment, Monu recovery balm and Tea pigs tummy tonic
The two products i chose were Burts bees milk and honey body lotion and a Balance me Hydrating rose otto and shea butter salve

I WON with Clean Campaign thanks to Dawn Porter

I have been a fan of Dawn Porter for a few years now and love watching the documentaries she makes. I decided to start following her when i joined twitter and i am glad i did.
She tweets about things she is doing such as things she is writing and taking part in.
Currenlty she is heading the Clean Campaign by Andrex Washlets.
On the Clean Campaign facebook site they are running daily competitions and Iv just recieved an email saying iv won a mascara!!!!

This year is going brilliantly so far!

New years resolutions

This year i have decided to have a few new years resolutions.I managed to stick to my one from last year so hopefully i will be able to stick to more than one this year.They are in no particular order.

My first one is the same as last year which is to not put any weight on. I ended up losing about 15kg with out even trying which is brilliant.

My second is to stick to my diet and not eat foods that i am not allowed. In July last year my dietition put me on a low fiber/ low residue diet to help my gastric issues. It means i am not alowed to have alot off foods that i like but i am becoming better at resisting them each day.

My third is to try and be more orgonised. To write down appointments, payment dates,birthdays and other things to do. Iv allready taken steps to help me do this by buying a year view wall planner and an orgoniser for my handbag.

My fourth is to try only buy things off ebay. I have given my self a limit of one thing a week and i have to decide how much i am willing to bid.If i get out bid above my limit i have to stop. I am hoping this will help me save some cash and get out of debt.

My fith is to look after my skin better.

and finally my sixth is to compleat any courses that i do this year.

Dianthus

Unfortunatly in September this year my Aunt passed away.I have decided to get a tattoo in memory of her.
I allready have 3 flower tattoos on my left arm and shoulder that represent my mum's mum, my dad's mum and the fact that i am from Yorkshire so i thought i would chose another flower to represent my aunt.
Her name was Diane so i have chosen a flower called a Dianthus.
I have found a picture of the flower that i am pleased with.

I am getting it done in sheffield tomorrow Friday the 2nd of December at a place called Thou Art
The tattoo artist who did my previous tattoos is James Aitken and he will be doing my new one, I love his work.

Im back

I have a new laptop!. This means i will be able to update my blog again.
A lot has happend since i last updated.

I have planned a new tattoo in memory of my Aunt who sadly passed away, I am getting it on the 2nd of December.

I have been at the hospital alot. I was diagnosed with tremors and cervical dystonia and I sometimes get attacks of dystonia that affect my arms and legs. I have recieved 3 botox injections into my neck and it has helped amazingly. My tremors and attaks usually happen when i am highly emotional (stressed, upset,nervous,anxious).
I also had to have a gastrosopy where they found inflamation in my stomach and duodenum. A week after that i was taken into hospital with suspected appendicitis, luckily it wasnt appendicitis but they do not know what it was so i have to go for a colonosopy and an abominal MRI.

I have a fringe, I will upload a picture when i get a good one.

Tramadol,Lyrica,Neurologis,GCSE's

so Iv been having quite a few symptoms that are apparently neurological. tremors, muscle spasm, zaps, going blind in one eye. so im booked in to see a neurologist on the 26th of September.
The tremors have effected my head/ neck which causes lots of pain so iv been put on tramadol. This is making my stomach brilliant. I know it is not a long term solution tho. IV also been put on lyrica.... im not sure if its working as i started it the same time as the tramadol.

after applying to many charities for help paying for my distance learning GCSE's ( I would find it impossible to spend any great deal of time in college due to depression and anxiety and IBS)
I have had some luck. One charity is offering to fund 2 GCSE's for me.Im so excited about this. I will have something to occupy me!

Low Fiber Low lactose

I went to see my dietician on Wednesday and she has recommended I follow a low lactose and low fibre diet. I have to follow this un-till the 19th of September when I have a follow up meeting.
MY GP has all so referred me to a Neurologist about my tremors/spasms/ staggering and I have a telephone consultation on the 28th of July

This particular shade I found a little bit gloopy, I think I will put a little nail polish remover in it to thin it out a bit. I only needed one coat of this which is good.

Nortriptyline update.

So I was doing well on the Nortriptyline stomach wise but it gave me tremors in my hands and my head! this is very annoying, not only could I not type very quickly but I also cant keep my head still unless im laying down.
Its also given me a stagger. I keep walking into walls as im going past them. Iv noticed iv done that for a while but it is markedly worse.
SO the doctor has decided to take me off the drugs.

I have to go back in two weeks to see if the tremors and staggering have died down and then to try another drug...I hope the next one works Fingers crossed

Nortriptyline

So, my doctor took me off Amitriptyline and it took a few weeks for the tremors to die down. They have majorly lessened which i am soo pleased about. I can type and write a lot better now.
He decided to try me on Nortriptyline. Its going well. Only had a few days where things have been unbearable which is brilliant ... But now im getting head shaking.....and I appear to be drunk as I have an inability to walk straight...Which is not good. Its not so just bearable while im sitting down. When im stood up or walking or iv done a lot during the day it gets quite silly.
Suppose ill take a bit less nortriptyline and see if it lessens and back to the doctor to see what he says.

Amitriptyline

I suffer with IBS, I couldn't leave the house due to this and my anxiety.So My doctor put me on a drug called Amitriptyline. It was a brilliant drug and the only down side is it gives me tremors and dystonia.
I find tremors and dystonia really embarrassing ( spilling things and people asking if im cold ) and terrifying so iv come off it. Im back to square one again now. cant leave the house again.
I have to stay off the drugs till the 6th of June to see if the tremors and dystonia go away.... So far the dystonia has but the tremors haven't.
They make typing really hard :(

I really cant wait till the 6th of June!

Gastroenterologist out come

I went to see my new gastro doctor today,
I told him everything I could remember and he examined me. He noticed a massive scar that i have on my arm from a drunken incident 2 years ago.
He then went on to say he believed my problem to be totally in my head and that i needed to see a psychologist.
I believe that some of the cause is in my head but not all of it!.

HE has also requested an abdominal x ray, 9 or so blood tests and an ultrasound. He is also referring me to see the ibs nurse and a dietician.
HE said he would also refer me to see a psychologist but couldn't do anything to bump me up the list.

He then said about taking away my pain killers/ Hay fever tablets/ Heart burn tablets.
I can cope with the hay fever but I cant cope with the heart burn and the pain. IV already cut down on the pain killers a lot.

Another thing that he said to me was that most people who go to the toilet a lot like 8 or 9 times a day are actually constipated...... Im not sure what to think of this.

Gastroenterologist

SO my giving up gluten didnt help one bit. In fact it made me worse! SO im back on the gluten :)
I haven't really been doing much recently As iv been quite ill. I get to see my new Gastroenterologist on Wednesday so hopefully he will help me and i can get my life back!

Its my 22nd birthday on Sunday as well SO im hoping ill be well to celebrate that!

As you may well know I suffer with IBS-D. I have since January given up eating pasta and my symptoms have gotten a little better. So iv decided today that I am going to give up gluten all together.
If anyone has any tips of foods that do not contain gluten that I might not think about, please get in touch.

Naked palette and crackle polish

In this past year iv gotten into make up big time. My fave brand would have to be Urban Decay.
IF you know anything about Urban Decay you will know the must have palette is the naked palette.
These have been very hard to get in the UK as Urban Decay is only stocked in boots, House of fraiser and Debenhams.
I put my name on a contact list last time I was in Debenhams and a few weeks ago received an email saying they had them in stock! I got it for under £30 as there was a 10% discount at the time.The one I got is the newer version that has
the shadow brush instead of the double ended 24/7 glide on eye-liner. Im really pleased with this as iv seen them sell on ebay for £45 and more!

Iv also seen a lot of people blogging about Barry M Crackle Nail varnish, I didn't think id like it but I love it ! Im going to have to get my second bottle soon.

After trying the black crackle polish I decided I wanted one in pink so i chose to try the Mia secret crackle nail polish in Rose

I have recently discovered ELF cosmetics as well. Im hoping to get some products off their website. Ill do another post when I Get them

I have soo many pairs of shoes that I never wear. I don't go out often because of my illnesses and iv come round to the point of realising that I can not walk in heels!!
so iv decided to try and sell some of my shoes.
The pictures are not very good. IV only got my camera phone to take them with as my camera never came back to life after getting soaked :(

IV got really bad tooth ache from my wisdom tooth coming thru and my face as swolen.
So, When im feeling a little low or sorry for my self I like to treat my self to something. This used to be food but since iv been battling with IBS it has turned to make up.
I though id do a little haul of things iv gotten recently.

I don't wear make-up that often as im not very good at it. I find if hard to see when i don't have my glasses on so usually only wear it when I have my contact lenses in.
When I do wear make-up I like to use tinted moisturiser rather than foundation. I usually use No 7 Dual protection tinted moisturiser but found it was not the right colour for my skin.

While in boots yesterday I was looking for another Tinted moisturiser to try and could only find one that fitted with my skin tone. Its made my Natural collection and comes in three different shades. I chose Natural.
On the Natural collection tower there was a 3 items for £5 so I also picked up two nail varnishes in cosmic crush which is a dark purple colour with shimmer and black cherry which is a pinky red.

After boots i headed over to Topshop. Iv heard quite a few good things about their make up collection.
Iv wanted a foundation brush for a couple of weeks now. To aid me in my application of tinted moisturiser.I had been looking at benefit and No 7 ones but they were both over £10.
The one i found by Topshop was 7 and I got student discount too. I also picked up a eye-liner pen In black to try out

SO, Iv not updated in a while. Iv been quite ill this year.
IV finally had a diagnosis of IBS but im still trying to overcome it. At the moment it is taking my life away from me. I Very rarely go out.
I also have GERD and Depression.

Im going to start talking a bit more about these things on hear.

Since I last posted IV moved from Sheffield to York,Im living with my mum and dad again. IT has helped a lot with the pressures of having bills to pay and things. So my life is a lot less stressful in one way.
The bad thing is i no longer live in the same city as my best freind K who has a blog here. Go have a look :)

IV not got much to do in my spare time, I try to read books but my concentration is affected greatly by my conditions. So iv recently been Watching Make up tutorials and product reviews on You tube.
So far my Two favourite channels are panacea81 Who has a make up collection out at bylaurenluke , Im going to save up for her book and her vintage glams pallet.
The other is a girl called Ally.She has recently started a blog here allykats wonderland and her You tube channel is AllyKat1990.
I found Ally's blog while looking for video's on amitriptyline.

Grey Printed Jeggings

IV been looking on the Evans Website quite a bit recently. Iv had my eye in particular on a pair of Grey Printed Jeggings.
I recently noticed that they had entered the sale so I decided to order them off the website. Hopefully they will have arrived by the time im back from my holiday. Just wish id noticed in time to take them with me.

~~EDIT:~~ My leggings arrived when I was on holiday. I opened them when I got back And iv worn them for the last couple of days iv been out. They are a little bit too long but apart from that they are perfect. IV been wearing them with a Longline cable knit jumper that I got from Dorothy Perkins. Just wish id got them in time for my holiday!

Recent times

Iv still been quite ill recently but on the Odd day that I feel good iv been venturing out to the local charity shops with my best freind K.
On our first outing we went to Nether Edge farmers market. There were lots of food stalls selling cake's, sandwiches and pies. There were quite a few book stalls as well.

I mentioned to K how much I don't like stalls that sell books. There never in any order or anything many the wrong way round making it hard to just read the spine of the book.
After looking at all the stalls we ventured into an Oxfam book shop. I found various books but bought only one.
It's called Cold Town. Its set in London And told from the perspectives of 3 people. Its about there day to day lives but has a real twist at then end.
Iv been finding it extremely hard to concentrate on books recently but this one just captivated me.

Another time I went into the shop i found a book called Sex,sleep or scrabble. I haven't bought this book yet because I didn't have enough money. we went onto another charity shop it was a Care and share or share and care. We went in and i saw books for 10p Each so I bought 3. IV only read one of them and it was Charity shopping and the thrift lifestyle.

It was an interesting book, mentioned specific Charity shops around the county and some in the USA as well.

Blue john, and Mam tor

My boyfriend recently purchased a car. It was the first time he had brought it to Sheffield so we decided to go for a drive as it was a lovely day and I was feeling good.

We Drove out towards Castleton, stopping on the way at a Tesco to get the car washed and buy some sandwiches.We headed down past surprise view and through hope and eventually stopped on winnats pass

After parking up we started on our walk. We went and investigated a little mine and then followed a little path up through some bracken and through a sheep field. We came out near the entrance for The Blue John Cavern.

We decided to go round the Cavern. It was £8 and £7.50 for us each to get in. There was a group of about 20 people that went down with us. Compared to other caverns iv been in it didn't really have any spectacular stalactites or
stalagmites.
The Tour guide took us down over 250 steps. At the deepest point we were either 300 feet or meters down I can't quite remember.It was faily cold around 11'c.
The whole tour took about an hour. Its was quite interesting to hear about the Blue John. After the tour we looked in the shop. There were lots of things crafted out of Blue John.

It was still a nice day, so we decided to carry on with our walk. From where we were sitter we could see this big hill, there were people climbing the rock face and other walking down the ridge. We decided to wonder up to the top.
It was hard work getting up there but it was good fun.
We found out the hill is called Mam tor. We walked right to the top and then back down again. I think it took us about 2- 2and a half hours. We were not rushing just enjoying our selves and enjoying the view.

It was a good sense on achievement climbing up this hill. Im not a big walker. Im thinking of buying some Hiking boots though as I can tell it won't be the last time we go out in the car, The shoes I had on were definitely not suitable.

Warriors Dance Festival

On Saturday the 24th of July my house mate, her sister, boyfriend me and my boyfriend all got in the car and went down to Milton Keynes Bowl for the Warrior's Dance festival.
After dropping the Car and our bags off at Horwood House Hotel. We all got a taxi to the Milton Keynes Bowl.The taxi cost £35 for 5 of us! I very much doubt we could have found a cheaper one.

After a short walk from the taxi we entered The Bowl. There were Hundreds of people there and I began to feel nervous. Luckily I had my boyfriend their to hold my hand. We made our way into the arena and as you go up the steps you come over the top of the hill and there were thousands of people .We made our way into the middle and stayed there for pretty much the entire gig.

We got there just As Chase and Status were coming on they bought out a couple of guest as well as Plan B. I loved it. After that there was a DJ Then Enter Shakari. I Didn't Think much to them.But They were made better by the fact my freind Rach found me. Zane Lowe came on next and got the crowd moving. Then Pendulum Started up. A Few of my friends have seen pendulum and Not thought much too them. I Though they were amazing and Defiantly want to see them again! Zane lowe played again After And Then The AMAZING Prodigy came on. They Rocked the place. The whole 65000 people were jumping and dancing.

After the GIG My boyfriend and I walked my freind Rach to the train station Then went to find our taxi back to the Hotel. The taxi driver Charged us £40 for two of us. Wich i though was a rip off Until
I needed to be sick and the driver kindly stopped abruptly so i could jump out and then he let me sit in the front.

We got back to the hotel And had a shower each IT was lovely. The bed was really comfy too. There was a swimming pool and a gym.( I Wish i had taken my swimming costume so i could have used it. At 8 we went for breakfast. I had a full English.
Id like to go and stay in a hotel like that again one day.

New hair and Evans

I love my new hair, Its a dark red at the routes and fades into black at the bottom of my hair. There are some chunks of redder hair in the lengths where the colour has taken more.
I love going to the hair dressers. It makes me feel soo nice and cheers me up greatly.
The hair dressers I use is a Toni and Guy one. I get one of the trainee's to do my hair. This means its only £10 for a cut and £20 for a colour (depends on the lenght of hair and how many colours Etc.) The trainee's are always supervised so there is very little chance of anything going wrong and if anything did go wrong their supervisor would sort it out.

My second vice is shopping, I Love to shop but I hate it at the same time. Shopping cheers me up and this is not a good thing. I have recently ordered the burnout skull stripe vest to wear when I go and see prodigy and two pairs of black comfort shorts to wear under skirts and dresses to stop my legs rubbing together.

Red Hair

Today I am going to be venturing to the hair dressers in the rain :(. Im going to get a red dye put on my hair, Im a little nervous but extremely excited!! Ill post pictures when I get back.

Hair

Iv been dying my hair black since I was about 13 ( am now 21). On a couple of occasions I have bleached my hair and dyed it different colours, I think my favourite colour was the blue. .
It took a lot of hard work to bleach my hair and keep the colour vibrant. My hair was in quite bad condition because of all the bleach that i had used, so no matter how much i liked it i vowed never to bleach all of my hair again.

Recently I came across a product. I believe it is a new range
It is called colour b4. And it works by shrinking the molecules of the dye and then removing them from the hair. It comes in two different strengths.

I decided to get the strongest as I have black hair dye on my hair. It worked fairly well. The top couple of inches of my hair is back to my natural colour of brown the rest was still quite dark (I think because of so many layers of dye)
Iv bought another one to do the bottom of my hair again. Hopefuly it will bring the rest of the dye out.

Party and Flo time

So Its my 21st birthday on Saturday the 15th. To celebrate this my house mate and boyfreind orgonised a house party for me. It was lots of fun with my freind Rachel who had come up from London and my brother who has come over from York.
We started off the night with just 6 of us for a meal at Nando's. Then we went back to the house and my best freind, her sister and my freind Rich arrived too. We played some games and drank and took lots of photo's.

On the Sunday my house mate, brother ,boyfriend and I went On the wheel of Sheffield.It was around 60 meters high If I remember correctly I was a little scared on the first turn but after that i was fine and just enjoyed the view.

Monday came and my boyfriend took me away. We ventured down to Wolverhampton, Stayed in a travel lodge and went to see a Florence and the machine gig !
It was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed it Loads. It was quite a small venue for how big she has gotten. So it was even more special. She sang a new song and a song she has not been able to do before as she has not had all of the musicians with her.

York

I am originally from York. My mum and dad still live there and my brother. along with various other family members.
I decided to go visit my mum and dad for the weekend. My Boyfriend and I decided to go out in York on Saturday It was a very eventful and brilliant day.

Started off with going shopping with my mum and dad to Tesco. where my mum treated me to a new pair of black shorts with gold buttons they are Ace. I think i will wear them with leggings or tights and pumps or sandals and a new top with butterfly's on.
Soon after we got back My boyfriend arrived and we set off in to town. The first bus was late. The second bus had a drunk on who fell off his seat and proceeded to sleep on the floor telling the bus driver to F off every time he tried waking him. The driver rang the police and an ambulance and we waited for the next bus.
Eventually we got into town, had a drink and headed to the Minster
My boyfriend and I decided to go up the Minster tower. ( I am terrified of heights and he said if I went up we could go to the seaside) According to the website there are 275 steps. The steps are divided into two spiral stair cases. We went most of the way up before I got too scared and couldn't go any higher. The steps got really narrow and the hand rail was not there at all times.
I felt soo good after though.Even if my legs would not stop shaking!
After that we went round town. Went into Lush and then to H&M where I purchased 2 tops.
I was hungry by this time so we went to Strada. I decided to have a pizza the first pizza iv had in nearly 4 months as I noticed they do one with only goats cheese on it and it was lush!
Ill be going there again for another pizza soon

So yet again I have not updated in a while. Sorry!
At the end of March I ventured to London with my Best Friend to visit another freind.. We got the train down on Friday Evening. When we arrived in London we headed to where we were staying followed by Big red.

Saturday we all headed over to borough market. It was AWESOME! There were so many different food stalls.We had some mulled cider and tried nibbles of the cheese's(only goats for me), breads ect... after we had looked round we went to Camden and looked at the stalls and shops then went back to where we were staying.I stayed in because I was not well but the other two went out.

Sunday we got up and headed over to spittalfields market then onto Brick Lane. when we arrived at Brick Lane we discovered a vintage market. It was jam packed. I bought my self a waistcoat. (just need somewhere to wear it now).
by the time it got to about 4 our feet were hurting so we headed to a bar for some cocktails and then onto a pub quiz in Angle. surprisingly we did not win.

On Monday morning we packed our bags and then headed out to Hampstead Heath, we walked up to parliament hill and took some pictures, then to a nice little tea shop for some lunch.
It was then time to get our coach back to Sheffield so we got our stuff and got the tube to Victoria. Our coach home was delayed but that was nothing compared to a very fun weekend away.

This past week has been up and down. from hospital admission and being ill to nights out and getting my hair done.

One day last week K, Soozie, Gaz and I went out for a couple of drinks. We headed to the broadfield pub. There were a couple of bands on that didn't really take our fancy so we headed to the Nelson to enjoy ourself while other people did Rockeoke or how ever it is spelt.

Later that night K and I went to a School disco night. I shall not be attending it again!!
On Sunday soozie and I watched A film called precious. I really enjoyed it. ( well enjoyed isnt really the correct word. It is a sad film and very emotional).
I went to the hair dressers on Monday, Got some layers cut into my hair and had it dyed. I took a picture but it isnt very good. I Like the new style though. :)

Shinobi outfit

So on Friday I will be getting the train to Beverley, Im going to visit my cousin's and we are going to a night called Shinobi. It will be my first time attending the night and I am looking forward to it and looking forward to catching up with family members. Hopefully my boyfriend will be there too.

A couple of posts ago I mentioned that I had bought a dress from Dorothy perkins. I won a ~~pair of shoes~~ and a belt which that I am going to wear with the dress. Im also going to wear black tights and a black cardigan for if I get a bit cold .

The shoes have not arrived in time so Im going to wear my Slouchy boots instead. Im rather disappointed but oh well, Im sure the boots will go.

Well I got the train to my cousins house and ended up staying in because I was ill :'( I still enjoyed my weekend away though so it was not all bad :)

Open University Application

I have decided to apply for a course with the open university.I have had many years where I have attempted to gain qualifications via attending college. I have not been very successful with these attempts due to various illness and stresses in life.
Im really going to make a go of it. Its a home study course as well so I will have less demons about going into college to battle against and if I wake up feeling rubbish like I do quite often I can just learn in the comfort of my own home.

The First course I am applying for is Understanding health. From this i will work Towards a Certificate in Health Science.I don't think this is asking too much for my self. Im trying not to aim too high as over the years I have discovered to walk before I run.

Quite recently a very close friend complimented me while I was wearing a blue top. I believe she is right with this compliment as I believe that Blue dose suite me. So in an effort to cheer my self up after feeling rubbish due to illness quite recently I ordered a dress off the Internet and it arrived today. I totally love the dress but i have not got a clue what to wear it with.

Valentines day 2010

Today has been my first valentines ever with a boyfriend.
I cooked him a meal last night and breakfast in bed this morning because I don't have any money. We just chilled out together during the day.
He got my a funny card and a beautiful Flower.

Its also the first time iv ever been bought a flower as well! so two firsts in one day.The flower a single red rose. came In its own little vase and has a single white gem in the middle of it. Its soo sweet. Iv have a HUGE smile on my face all day. I have put it on the mantle piece in my bedroom:)

First off there is my Ipod im selling please post it anywhere you can. I could really do with this selling.

Went out for my house mates birthday on Saturday. She invited some people from York 2 of which didn't get in and one of them got my pass port confiscated (that will teach me not to lend important things). I for got to take my camera out. But everyone got drunk and has a good time as far as I am a wear. I decided that im not going out this weekend as I kept retching and nearly being sick for some reason so im going to save my self for the weekend of the 5th of Feb.

Earlier on in the week i went to see a freind at work and had a lovely piece of banana cake and the nicest tea its white tea and something I don't remember but i want some.
I am back at work after being off sick for a week with my tummy. im still none the wiser about what is wrong but today descoverd i should not eat KFC

New year 2010

Well I haven't updated recently.
So hear is a quick summary of the last four weeks, from now on I aim to update once a week.Ill be carrying my camera round with me and taking lots of pictures of lovely things that I see/Eat/buy.

I'm Still working at the Children's Hospital and love it. I wish I new if it was going to carry on after the 3 months temp period. It feels like I haven't been in work much recently due to all the bank holidays around this time of the year.(i was also suffering with dizziness a couple of days before Christmas)

For Christmas I went to my mum and dads house in York, on Christmas day we went to my grandparent's house. Christmas dinner was lush with lovely Yorkshire puddings. I got a some really good presents too:A subscription to Chat Magazine, A massive bottle of Lush - snow fairy and a designer purse!I LOVE IT

For new years eve I went to corporation for the Mad Hatters Ball. I Went there with my Best friend, Robinn and my boyfriend. We had an amazing night and chilled for the next couple of days at my house.

Iv stopped eating dairy to see if it will help with my stomach problems and so far so good I think, Iv received an appointment at the hospital as well so Hopefuly things will only get better from now on

first day at work

Ill start with yesterday (Sunday the 6th) My boyfriend and I did a trail run of how to get to my new job.Just to see how long it would take me to get there so I would not be late on my first day.It took us around 26 minuets.According to google Maps it is 1.3 miles and should take 34 minuets Its a fairly pleasant walk only crossing one main road. All the others are side roads which is good. I hate main roads.
On the way back to my house we decided to go for a meal on Ecclesall Road, We went to an Italian restaurant. There was a special deal on pasta and pizza dishes, they were £4.95 so we both had pasta, for desert we shared some profiteroles. I cant remember the name of it but is was really nice, Just past the new Animal shop which has a few nice clothes.
My boyfriend went home and I had a relaxing night watching Happy go lucky.

Today (Monday the 7th) Was my first day at work. I hadn't slept well the night before due to nerves making me feel sick and such, but I managed to get up and set off for work setting off at 8:26 and arriving at 8:47 so less than 20 minuets which I am quite pleased.
When I got there I waited to be met by the other lady starting then we were taken to the office. The people in my office seemed very nice, they were always boiling the kettle. I got shown some of the things that I will be doing. Tomorrow I shall be getting my NHS Id card and will be shown how to use the computer system they have there.
SO it wasn't as bad as I though it would be.

My computer runs on Linux and I don't really understand how most of the things work on it. I have however discovered how to edit pictures.
Now I totally adore E Bay Most of my shoes are from there and just most things I buy in general. Iv recently had two buys that I ADORE first of were a there lovely pair of boots (I had been looking for a pair for ages) , secondly a brilliantly versatile pinafore dress. Both are pictured below.

The second thing I have to up date is I recently attended an amazing gig. Its was at De Monfort Hall In Leicester. I went to see Edward II. It was there last gig of a year long tour. I stayed with my friend Bekka. It was truly amazing.

And finally today I made some soup it Is delicious even if I do say so my self

Halloween

well i was not planing on doing anything for halloween, but in the end kat and i invited some people round for drinks then we went out. We kind of dressed up.

hear are L-R Komal, Me,Michelle and kat.I hadn't seen Komal is quite a while so it was great to see her. She drew a cobweb on my face which was cute

So we went out to Corp, my boyfreind was there too. Kat and michelle decided to go to a different night becasue the que for corp was massive. So Aidy, K and i went into corp we danced abit then went back to K's boyfreinds house and chilled

I went shopping with my house mate Kat today. She needed to get some clothes for her new job that she starts on Monday. I wasn't going to buy anything but ended up getting 3 new pairs of socks all Leopard print style they are lovely and 3 new pairs of knickers. I got student discount on them so all is good in the world with that. I also got a plain black strappy top to wear under My beautiful Lace top and a different top which I am going to have in place of one that i shall throw away because it is dead
